Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a defective product, we will provide a replacement free of cost.
You have 3 days to claim this replacement. The product must be new, unused, with all labels and tags, and in original packaging.
To facilitate this process, please take an unboxing video and contact us immediately on support@woohoosquad.com.
Return Policy
Products purchased during Sale/discounted price cannot be exchanged/returned/canceled.
Full value products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping cost).
It should be new, unused, with all labels and tags, and in original packaging.
Please email us on support@woohoosquad.com to initiate the return.
Include the below details in your mail.
- Send an email from the same email ID used to place the order
- Include the order number, picture with original packing, reason for return
If everything aligns, we send you a return delivery label. Rs. 150 Return shipping charge will be borne by you.
Return it in the box it was delivered.
The return takes about 7-10 working days. On receipt of the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected thoroughly. If everything checks out, your refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
Woohoo Squad reserves the right to restrict returns/exchange of any purchased items.
In case you return an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it, you need to return the free product as well.
Woohoo Squad is not liable for products returned by mistake.
Please note: Shipping charges and GST are not refundable.
Digital Products are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.
