Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
High volume periods (holidays and festivals)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: If you choose express shipping, delivery will typically take 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 2,500 for deliveries across India.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
For shipping across India, you can place your order directly on our website.
For International deliveries, please mail us on support@woohoosquad.com and we will share the details.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can edit your address/mobile number.
All deliveries are OTP verified. So, an incorrect mobile number cannot be changed once the order is picked up.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate, with pincode and valid mobile number. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
Unable to Deliver
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to us. Orders shipped and returned due to any reason are not eligible for any refunds. However, we can ship the order again for an additional charge of INR 300.
Delivered but not Received
If your order status shows ‘Delivered’ on the tracking page but you have not received it, get in touch with us within 2 days. Post which we will not be able to escalate the issue with the courier partner.
Cash on Delivery isn't available at the moment.
